David Winterbottom	7a825297ab	Remove silly import of shipping methods It was done in the name of consistency, so that all the shipping methods were importable from the same place. But I can see now that the imports from models will break attempts to subclass and override these models. Hence it is removed. Closes #290	13 anni fa
