bootstrap-wysihtml5 was too buggy.  I was trying to avoid TinyMCE but it ended up
being the easier to use.  I tried with CKEditor but it proved too
difficult to configure.

Previous names were ambiguous as to whether discounts were being
included or excluded.

This involves some quite involved changes to the internals of how offers
and organised.  A new boolean field has been added to the offer model to
indicate whether to apply to prices exclusive of tax.  This is used
within the offer methods to determine whether a basket meets a
condition, and how to apply the benefit if it does.

The old Repository class wasn't thread safe as the method instances were
created at compile time.  Since the instance is configured by setting
the basket for each request, this poses thread safety issues as two
requests could share the same method instance (one of which would have
the wrong basket assigned).

This change fiddles with how the methods are handled, ensuring that they
are instanciated within the instance methods so that thread-safety
issues go away.

Shipping methods need a gentle rewrite for v0.7 to ensure they aren't
vulnerable to such issues.

 - make sure all pages are linked from somewhere
 - prohibit double indexing of source code modules
 - remove old unused offers (we use GIT, no need to keep old files)
 - use local version of Oscar logo

With details of new prices/availability structure.

The docs on pitfalls with migrations and a custom user model are
not accurate anymore since migrations in Oscar have been fixed. Hence
this update them.

is_required and sequence_number are removed. That also makes the unused
get_prerequisites function obsolete.

Those fields were added with the idea that those event flows are linear,
but all implementations assume a non-linear pattern.

Add documentation and hide visibility from UI

We currently mention it in internals/sandbox.rst. I've added a note to
the dashboard app (ref/apps/dashboard.rst), the sandbox/urls.py and
expanded on the feature explanation on index.rst.

They were missing the autodoc documentation for views (abstract) and
abstract models.
Also added two docstrings to the views in the promotions app to have
them showing in the autodoc.

Turns out Django>=1.4 does include staticfiles and messages in its
default INSTALLED_APPS.

Some method defaults have been removed to make it more explicit when
things are loaded.

Also adds a docstring to the is_discountable AbstractProduct

Dependencies installed via setup.py stay in their eggs and their
templates won't be found by Django. This caused a
TemplateNotFoundError when users were trying to use
Django's admin to set categories.
Using the admin is unsupported, but this still prevents a similar error
from happening when we use other dependencies that ship templates. It
also shouldn't slow down production use.
