This is a squashed, rebased version of the original branch.

Original commit messages:

* product notifications are visible *only* if a product is not in stock
* or does not have a stock record (a new product).

* sign up. An anonymous user does not have any means of managing their
* notifications in a list. The confirmation email contains a second

Was breaking on Sqlite3.  It's a bit basic at the moment but work ok for
sites with small catalogue sizes.

This seems cleaner overall and allows the common names such as
"import_catalogue" to be defined by your application.

Now they are always available within the oscar app.

Made product models abstract in the standard way.
