(#1945) * feat(analytics): move to React The analytics handlers have been moved to JitsiMeetGlobalNS, so now they are stored in `window.JitsiMeetJS.app.analyticsHandlers`. Moves analytics loading to react. (#1945)

* feat(analytics): move to React

The analytics handlers have been moved to JitsiMeetGlobalNS, so now they are
stored in `window.JitsiMeetJS.app.analyticsHandlers`.
