decodeURIComponent is not needed any more and after adding a validation such meeting name should not happen to be stored.

The direct import sidesteps many chained-effect imports, halving the bundle
size.

React Native doesn't define __filename nor __dirname so do it artisanally. In
addition, this helps with centralizing the configuration passed to loggers.
