Requirement for bumping Android API target to 33.

It doesn't work and causes weird failures. We used to disable it in the
iOS app, but it's better to move it to JS since any SDK will benefit
from it.

Fixes an issue where the transceiverf mid wasn't set.

UIView has 2 designated initializers: initWithFrame and initWithCoder,
which means either of them is going to be called, whatever the
constructor.
