Use correct types for action, dispatch and getState

*Remove unnecessary @ts-ignores

* Updates recording dialog.

* Update config.js doc.

* Adds comment and make a check more intuitive.

* Changes of using enum for recording types.

That is only required if we'd want our backend to authenticate on behalf of our
users. If the app is to authenticate directly it's not needed.

* Moves google-api in its own feature.

* Stores the profile email in redux.
