In the jitsi web app, the poll creator is displayed
for all published votes whereas in the native app
the current username of the participant has been
displayed for all polls regardless of the creator

On Android we support RestrictionManager, but that already sets it, so
make sure we always save it on the settings.

Editing will be restricted in the Settings dialog if changing it is
restricted anyway.
