Many of the events are not used at all or used only on one place. For the rest of them the listeners were added 2 times on promoted visitors and not cleaned at all.

Change some any types to the correct types

We only really want to know if a participant is Jigasi for displaying a
specific icon, for all other intents and purposes it's a normal
participant.

The Metro bundler gets confused and the result of such import statements
is `undefined`.

- this was needed for sorting the raised hand participants in participants pane in
the order they raised their hand also for participants joining late

- show correct status icons (red for force muted)

Updated moderation to:
- show moderation menu at all times
- make moderation options functional

- fixed raise hand to show name
- display moderator rights granted
