Track based stats have been removed recently and RTCRtpReceiver:getSynchronizationSources has been available in the browsers for a while now.

The crash occurs every time the audio track is muted/unmuted, if the emitter fails to initialize
("Failed to start VADAudioAnalyser" warning is
printed).

On Firefox it throws:
DOMException: AudioContext.createMediaStreamSource: Connecting AudioNodes from AudioContexts with different sample-rate is currently not supported.

* feat: use getSynchronizationSources on the receiver for remote audio levels
Use getSynchronizationSources if it is supported, fallback to using getStats otherwise.
* feat/ref: Use the local audio levels from LocalStatsCollector
When using getSynchronizationSources, use the audio levels from LocalStatsCollector for NoAudioSignalDetection.js
