fix(JitsiLocalTrack) handle broken constraints more gracefully (#2535)
We are already handling Safari, which provides an empty constraints
object. Handle any type of broken constraints object which doesn't have
at least a `width` and `height` properties. This is the case of Firefox
when "fingerprint resistence" is enabled.

If MediaStreamTrack.getSettings() doesn't return the height of the track, use the constraints passed to gUM for calculating the height. Fixes an issue for Firefox/Linux which could result in media not displayed.

Remove support for legacy endpoint based signaling. (#2147)
* Remove support for legacy endpoint based signaling and make source-name signaling as the only signaling mode. The legacy screensharing mode will no longer be supported. The client will still be able to process remote presence sent in the old format to support interop with very old mobile clients and jigasi that do not support source-name signaling.

Since Track effects and mute/unmute operations use the same flow, i.e., removing/adding the track from the RTCPeerConnection but not from TPC, make the names of the methods involved more generic.

Adjust the sourceInfo for all the available local tracks. Do not add handlers for videoType changes on the peer since the videoType doesn't change when multiple stream support is enabled.

For now, if the source name signaling flag is enabled, both legacy and
new <SourceInfo> element will be used at the same time. This is to be

as main source of truth with the fallback to legacy <audiomuted/>,
<videomuted/> and <videotype/> elements.
fix(RTC): Remove stream effect before disposing the track.
Remove the effect instead of stopping it so that the original stream is restored on both the local track and on the peerconnection. Fixes issues when a stream with effect applied is replaced on the pc after it is muted, also fixes https://github.com/jitsi/lib-jitsi-meet/issues/1537.
