In order to include browser capabilities in RTCBrowserType I needed to
refactor RTCBrowserType.

Avoid throwing an exception if an analytics handler throws one. Emit a warning
though, so the problem can be eventually caught and fixed in the handler.

In Rect Native it will stall the app as it's huge.

jitsi-meet has been changed to have tpc.js on info by default, so these
logs still won't show by default.

fix(ie11): do not call JSON.stringify with temasys ice candidate

Calling JSON.stringify on a temasys object causes a stack overflow.
The result is that the JingleSessionPC's work queue never gets
cleared so future work, like video muting, will not get called.
Instead of passing in the candidate directly, manually do
what chrome's implementation of candidate.toJSON does.

Extract stats about address/port only for selected pairs.

Strophe's builtin retry mechanism uses exponential backoff, and 5 retries

The error handling block for unsupported resolution can be
skipped because native gum should be doing automatic retries
at lower resolutions and leaving in the handling will only
cause an infinite loop. Analytics for the error still get
sent in the error handling directly below the retry logic.

In case backend was initialized before creating our Callstats instance, we skip calling the callstats method addNewFabric.

If a mute / unmute operation is queued when the track is disposed, fail with an

This is a two part fix:
- In the new gum flow, this.getUserMedia supports promises
  and rejections were not getting caught. So change
  _newGetUserMediaWithConstraints to be promise based instead
  of callback.
- The error name returned from blocked device permissions is
  NotAllowedError, as adapter shims PermissionDeniedError
  to be NotAllowedError.

When a mac's default audio output is changed, audio elements
are not being updated with the new default. A default audio
output change in the OS fires a DEVICE_LIST_CHANGED event,
so use that to always update the sinkId.

Also, use wrapAttachMediaStream for newGumFlow to be ensure
the proper sinkId is set on audio elements being coupled
a remote track.

Error handling was added to ensure some munging helpers
were receiving RTCSessionDescriptions. Temasys is doing
something else and is passing its own object into
the mungers. So, let temasys do that.

IE11 errors when adding a temasys media stream object to
a Set. So instead use an Array.

AnalyticsAdapter is initialized on file load. The constructor
calls a method that calls Object.assign. All this happens
before jitsi-meet has loaded polyfills. So, instead
initialize permanentProperties inline with the expected
values, avoiding Object.assign.
