Solves a GitHub warning about a vulnerability in a
uglifyjs-webpack-plugin dependency.

In order to include browser capabilities in RTCBrowserType I needed to
refactor RTCBrowserType.

- Add a new browser check so adapter shim usage can be gated.
- Get track resolution for stats from the track itself to account

  for various RTCUtils calls.

ESLint 4.8.0 discovers a lot of error related to formatting. While I
tried to fix as many of them as possible, a portion of them actually go
against our coding style. In such a case, I've disabled the indent rule
which effectively leaves it as it was before ESLint 4.8.0.

It's no longer needed, and it hasn't been for a while.

The new versions depend on the latest sdp-transform, so we don't have to
bundle 2 versions of sdp-transform.

Webpack 2 defines module.exports as a read-only property in ES6 modules.

Move 'isSimulcastSupported' check from sdp-simulcast to the client.

It's not used anymore.

The net effect is the same, with the bonus that it avoids problems when running
yarn.
