Logic broken while refactoring (in b8a2a7baaf [eslint] no-unneeded-ternary).

Does not broadcast framerate, as it needs to be retrieved locally.

A browser can only support one of the "plans" so use an if-else.

Define it as !usesUnifiedPlan(). This guarantees that one of the two will be
defined, but only one of them.

 Fixes an issue, where on FF we show a lot of addresses and ports (apparently not the correct one).
