In order to include browser capabilities in RTCBrowserType I needed to
refactor RTCBrowserType.

Strophe's builtin retry mechanism uses exponential backoff, and 5 retries
results in a very long time.

Otherwise, if we never connected, we won't know.

ESLint 4.8.0 discovers a lot of error related to formatting. While I
tried to fix as many of them as possible, a portion of them actually go
against our coding style. In such a case, I've disabled the indent rule
which effectively leaves it as it was before ESLint 4.8.0.

Include XMPP user's credentials in the
CONNECTION_FAILED/PASSWORD_REQUIRED error event.

Old config.js versions don't have the p2p property.

Until we have a default config template, make sure we default to having P2P
enabled.

Also add a preferH264 option for P2P.

Token is passed as parameter when creating JitsiConnection and we no longer use it from the options passed to the connection.
